Website terms of service

Version 1.0 · Published 23 October 2026 · Contact: [email protected]

§ 1. Scope & contact

  1. MerMiko comprises mermiko.com and associated account, documentation, tool and service websites operated under the MerMiko brand. The website is managed by Mikołaj under the MerMiko name. Contact for website, account, reports and complaints: [email protected].
  2. These terms cover the public website and account. Specific paid mCloud services and custom work are governed by the offer and terms agreed before a contract is concluded. External marketplace orders also follow the terms presented by the seller and marketplace.

§ 2. Available services

  1. The website provides project and offer information, articles, guides, QR generation, URL shortening, IP lookup, user accounts and signed-in features including AI chat and selected tool history. Each screen describes the relevant feature.
  2. Public content does not require an account. Features marked as signed-in require an active session. Availability may depend on technical constraints, limits and external services identified for the feature.

§ 3. Technical requirements

  1. An internet-connected device and a current browser supporting HTTPS are required. Interactive features require JavaScript. Sign-in and preferences use cookies and browser storage.
  2. Registration and email changes require access to the relevant mailbox. External sign-in requires an account with the provider. Two-factor authentication requires a TOTP-compatible app. Users bear their own internet access costs.

§ 4. User accounts

  1. Account details must be accurate. Accounts must not impersonate others, evade restrictions or automate abuse. Users must be entitled to perform each action; a legal representative’s permission is required where applicable law requires it.
  2. Users protect passwords, mailbox access and 2FA codes. Support does not ask for passwords or secret authenticator keys. Suspected account compromise should be reported promptly to the contact address.
  3. Profile names may appear in services using the account. External-provider-only accounts manage passwords and email with that provider. Signing out ends this browser session on supported sites, not all devices.

§ 5. Starting and ending use

  1. Public features are used by opening or running them. Accounts are created after completing the registration process and required verification. These terms are available free of charge before account use begins.
  2. Users may stop using public tools at any time. Closing a page does not automatically delete an account or saved history. Account closure and data requests can be emailed; ownership may need to be verified before action is taken.
  3. Ending account use does not automatically terminate a separate paid contract. Its termination follows the agreed service terms and applicable law.

§ 6. Acceptable use & content

  1. Illegal content, infringement, malware, phishing, spam, account takeover, security bypass, service disruption and infrastructure overload are prohibited. URL shortening must not conceal harmful destinations, and tools must not be used without required authorisation.
  2. Do not submit other people’s data or materials without permission. Automation must not bypass limits, restrictions or verification. Report security issues with a description, without retrieving other users’ data or exploiting the issue further.

§ 7. Tools, history & files

  1. Check results before using or sharing them. Test QR codes after export and before printing. Encoded Wi-Fi passwords and contact details are accessible to people who receive the code.
  2. QR content is processed in the browser. Selected tools may keep local or account-linked history as described by the feature and privacy policy. Local data and account history are separate.
  3. Users keep their own copies of important files, keys and results. Tool history should not be the only copy. Short links may become unusable when destinations change or stop working.

§ 8. AI chat & informational content

  1. Chat may use external models and is subject to limits or temporary unavailability. Answers may be incorrect, outdated or incomplete. Verify commands, configuration changes and buying decisions against current documentation and offers.
  2. Do not submit passwords, API keys, secret codes or data you are not entitled to share. Labelled sample conversations and demonstrations illustrate functionality. Generated chat information does not change an agreed offer or contract.

§ 9. Offers & external services

  1. Product and service descriptions identify the offer presented. A “from” price is a starting price; scope, compatibility, timing and final cost must be agreed before ordering. Opening an Allegro listing does not confirm a purchase.
  2. The listed Allegro offers are sold through the DarkFutur profile. Review seller details, payment, withdrawal and complaint terms in the relevant offer before entering a transaction. These website terms do not limit statutory buyer rights.

§ 10. Availability & technical changes

  1. Maintenance, updates and security changes may be necessary. Features may be temporarily restricted to address outages, abuse or risks to data.
  2. The status page reports its described HTTP monitoring from the stated date. It does not verify every feature or provide an SLA. Any paid-service availability commitment must be stated in its separate terms.
  3. Account restrictions should have a justified reason such as rule violations, suspected compromise or a technical threat. Users may seek clarification or complain using the contact address.

§ 11. Rights to materials

  1. Content, code, graphics, marks and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Users may use the features provided and permissions granted by law. Further copying or use requires an appropriate licence or permission.
  2. Product, game, platform and provider names belong to their owners. Their use describes compatibility, sources or related services and does not itself imply an official partnership.

§ 12. Reports & complaints

  1. Send website reports to [email protected]. Include the feature or URL, a description, approximate date, requested resolution and reply address. Do not include passwords, codes or unnecessary personal data.
  2. Support may request information needed to investigate or verify account ownership. Replies are sent by email without undue delay, aiming for 14 days while preserving mandatory legal deadlines.
  3. External marketplace transaction complaints should also follow the route specified in the offer. Contacting MerMiko does not replace or restrict applicable rights or procedures.

§ 13. Privacy & responsibility

  1. The linked privacy policy describes personal data, cookies, history and user rights. Submit only the information needed for the feature.
  2. Responsibility is governed by applicable law and valid contractual terms. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or restrict consumer rights. Users should consider the technical limitations described for features.

§ 14. Version & amendments

  1. Document version: 1.0, published 23 October 2026. Save or print it using your browser. Amendments may reflect feature development, legal changes, security or how services are delivered.
  2. Material account-related changes will be communicated with appropriate notice where required by law or contract. Changes do not apply retrospectively or prejudice acquired rights. Applicable law governs matters not covered here.
